We’re glad you’ve decided to visit Glenhaven Christian Church. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know to feel right at home. We can’t wait to meet you!
Service Time & Basics
- Worship Service: Begins at 10:00 AM every Sunday. Grab any seat you like; there’s no assigned seating here.
- Bathrooms: Located on the lower level. Look for signs or ask an usher if you’re unsure.
- Accessibility: An elevator is available at the rear of the sanctuary. Feel free to request help from our ushers if you need assistance.
Families & Children
- Nursery: If you have little ones, a staffed nursery is available in the basement during worship. Just ask an usher to point you in the right direction.
- Kids’ Activity Bags: These handy bags contain coloring pages, crayons, and small toys to keep children occupied. Please return them when you’re done so we can refresh and reuse them.
Prayer Requests
You may share your prayer concerns privately or have them read aloud during the service.
Simply fill out a Prayer Request Card (located near the hymnals and Bibles) and hand it to an usher or pastor.
Communion
Everyone, regardless of age, is invited to partake. We typically celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of the month and on special church holidays.
Usually, bread and juice are brought to you in your seat by our ushers. The bulletin will note if the process changes. Rest assured, all are welcome at the Lord’s Table.
Christian Education
When our service time shifts to 11:00 AM, we offer a multi-generational Christian Education class every 2nd and 4th Sunday in the lower level. Bring the whole family—kids, grandparents, everyone is invited to learn together!
Prayer groups and book studies meet on weekdays. Check our calendar or speak with a staff member for details.
